This year VT HOSA turns 4 years old! It is a success because of our members and the Career and Technical Centers that support them in the State of Vermont. We look forward to another year of growth, learning, and leadership!

WHAT IS VERMONT HOSA
HOSA is an international student organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Health Science Education (HSE) Division of ACTE. HOSA's two-fold mission is to promote career opportunities in the health care industry and to enhance the delivery of quality health care to all people.
The chartered state association of VT HOSA is composed of, by and for students who (1) are, or were, enrolled in secondary or post-secondary/ collegiate Health Science classes and/or (2) are interested, planning to pursue or pursuing a career in the health professions. It shall consist of local chapters affiliated with the state.
The purpose of HOSA-Future Health Professionals is to develop leadership and technical HOSA skill competencies through a program of motivation, awareness and recognition, which is an integral part of the Health Science Education instructional program.
The mission of HOSA is to empower HOSA-Future Health Professionals to become leaders in the global health community through education, collaboration, and experience.
